RETURNS

We hope you love our Namdar Decor products purchased from our site. However, all returns must be unopened and unused, full-price items within 7 days of your delivery date. All sale, specials, promotional products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

If your package was damaged or the contents in it were damaged please take several photos and email them to contact@namdardecor.com along with a photo of the parcel and box your candle was packaged in within 7 days of receiving your order. 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays). Orders placed after 1 PM (PST) or over the weekend will process the next business day . Orders take up to 24-48 hours to begin processing and then the packaging, and shipping process will begin on all in-stock items (Monday through Friday). High volume periods (such as Holidays, sales, etc.) may experience a delay in standard processing times prior to shipping.

Once an order ships, we are unable to update delivery addresses or timing of delivery but will provide you with a tracking number. Severe weather conditions during transit may cause delays in delivery.

HOLIDAY CLOSURES

In observance of the following holidays, Namdar Décor will be closed on the dates listed below. Orders will begin processing the next business day. Tuesday, Jan 1 - New Year's Holiday
Monday, May 27 - Memorial Day
Thursday, July 4 - Independence Day
Monday, Sept 2 - Labor Day
Thursday, Nov 28 - Thanksgiving Day
Friday, Nov 29 - Thanksgiving Holiday
Tuesday, Dec 24 - Christmas Eve
Wednesday, Dec 25 - Christmas
