HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
In order to help protect and keep confidential any information that we receive from you, we follow standard/safe/reasonable technical and management policies that are designed to protect our customers. These efforts include items such as; encrypting your credit card number and personal information using secure socket layer (SSL) technology to provide secure transmission of your information from your computer or mobile device to our processing servers. Additionally, only those employees of Namdar Décor will have access to the information you provide.

TERMS OF SALE
If Namdar Décor places a delinquent account with a third party collection agency or an attorney to request for immediate relief on an order, the account will be assessed costs of collection, including attorneys fees, and must be remedied before an additional order may be placed. Namdar Décor reserves the right to decide if additional orders can be placed after a remedy has been rectified.
Our current price list is subject to change without notice. Any requests for later ship dates will be charged at the rates of the market price at the time of shipping. All Geodes are unique in shape and size, and our consumers understand that each Geode is its own unique shape, size, and dimensions. Additionally, all burn times are approximate and can vary due to various conditions, fragrances, and length of burn time.
RETURNED CHECKS/DECLINED CREDIT CARDS
It is the duty of the consumer to ensure that any checks and/or credit cards are valid/updated. Any checks that are returned or CC denied, Namdar Décor will notify the consumer and past due accounts will incur 2% total order monthly interest late fees (24% per annum).
RETURNS AND CHARGEBACKS
No Returns will be accepted. Orders that are eligible for return must be reported to Namdar Décor within 24 hours of receiving the product(s) to customer service. In order to qualify or be eligible for a shipping claim must provide ( at the time of request) the following information: 1) An email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the date of your order which must include the date you order arrived. 2) You must have photos attached to your email of all the claimed damaged items, photos of the items not damaged, photos of the packaging box inside of the shipping box, and photos of the box the were shipped in. Namdar Decor does not allow for returns of items that are not damaged. If a call tag is issued, previous shipping and handling cost will not be eligible for return. If for any reason a cancellation is made after an order has been placed and prior to shipping, a standard 25% restocking fee will be retained by Namdar Décor. If the order has been poured/scheduled for shipping, then there are no early cancellations or delayed shipping requests after one has been set.
Namdar Décor will evaluate all return claims and/or trade-off requests once the return items arrive back at Namdar Décor. Namdar Décor will evaluate the request and the vendor agrees to abide by the final amount Namdar Décor deems fit for the return claim with no protest.
Shipping and handling charges range from account, product, opening order, but is subject to change pending location and/or special request/approval by Namdar Décor. On all Namdar Décor products and/or orders, an estimated standard 15% shipping and handling charge will be applied to your subtotal. This is to ensure your candles, decor products, and items are packaged correctly and require specialized packaging, as they are all unique geode pieces. Namdar Décor retains the rights to collect an additional 6% for all credit card payments not processed for shipping at the time of purchase. Additional charges will be applied if, and you will be responsible for, additional charges relating to freight costs for your order/access to lift gate/or other.
LARGE VOLUME SHIPPING
All orders are shipped F.O.B. after they have been ordered with a standard 2-6 weeks window pending location, country, quantity, and order.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Namdar Décor must be provided with accurate credit card information at the time of purchase, and it is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate credit card if/or, at any point and time, a credit card has been changed prior to being processed. Additionally, Namdar Décor will charge 5% on orders requested for pick-up.
